  Our products is for displaying heart rate during exercise only and cannot predict the intensity level that is safe for you.  it is not intended fro medical diagnostic purposes.  Before you begin any exercise program, consult your physician for a checkup and consultation regarding an appropriate exercise routine--especially if you have been inactive for a period of time, have a history of cardiac illness, smoke, have high blood pressure and/or are overweight.  If you use a pacemaker, consult your physician prior to using a heart monitor.
